Financial Administrative Assistant

Job description

This is what you are going to do:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Preparing sales invoices, in consultation with the project controller
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Processing expense claims and credit card statements
  • Handling all other day-to-day administrative tasks in support of the finance team

What do we ask?

  • Minimum MBO degree in Financial Administration (Level 3–4)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial administration
  • Affinity with and experience using IT systems, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.), Microsoft Navision (4PS), WhiteVision, and Declaree
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Living in or near the Bergen op Zoom area
